- CHECK-IN:
Check-in is done with a reception agent who will be happy to welcome you and show you the apartment.

You can drop off your bags before the official check-in time, from 12:00 p.m., subject to availability.

For late arrivals:
- Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., a surcharge will be requested via the platform.
- Between 10 p.m. and midnight, an amount of 30 will be requested via the platform.
- After midnight, a surcharge of 10 per hour will be applied.

Services included:
- Bed linen and towels provided for optimal comfort.
- The apartment is prepared by a professional cleaning team before your arrival to ensure a clean and welcoming space.
- High-speed WiFi internet access available for the duration of your stay.

Additional services (upon request):
- Additional housekeeping can be arranged during your stay if required.
- Typical Tunisian dishes prepared upon request by our partner chef.
- A transfer from/to the airport is possible upon request, to be booked at least 72 hours in advance.
The rate will be communicated once the arrival or departure time is confirmed.

HOUSE RULES:
- A surcharge of 30 will be requested if you leave the apartment after the authorized time.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment or leaving cigarette butts inside. In the event of non-compliance, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
- An extra key is available at an extra cost of 10. A security deposit will be required for this key.
- In case of loss of key, replacement fees can range from 40 to 80 depending on the type of key lost.
- Doors and windows must be locked before you check out, and the key returned to the lockbox.
- No pets allowed unless by prior arrangement.
- We ask that you respect the quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. If this rule is not respected, a fee equivalent to the security deposit may be charged.
- Parties and events are strictly prohibited to ensure calm and respect for the neighborhood.
