A proposito di questa bungalow struttura in affitto

The perfect off-grid retreat is nestled in 214 acres of rolling hills, open fields, and wildlife. Experience the best country experience where travelers can enjoy exciting opportunities to let loose and let go, especially if you have a horse to ride. Gallop over the hills of Uncle Nev's Trail Rides or take a leisure walk through the Mount Disappointment State Forest, amongst the gumtrees, through the valleys and hilltops.

Enjoy everything that country living has to offer. Where exciting activities such as Sugarloaf Creek Estate, a family-owned vineyard, and Broadford State Motorcycle Sports Complex for entertainment await you.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Keep in mind that there may be other residences on the property that guests will rent out, so you may run into them when roaming around the property.

The Space:

This is a perfect country retreat for vacationers looking to experience living off-grid with a well-equipped kitchenette, pot-bellied stove, queen-sized bed up in the loft, and a couch on the ground floor. If you plan to cook, the kitchenette has everything to cook your light meals, such as cooking tools, cutlery, and a portable electric cooler fridge.

The bathroom, however, follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water through using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment.

If you plan to bring your soap, shampoo, or toothpaste, we ask that you bring biodegradable products to ensure that greywater runoffs flow easily and do not harm the environment. Thank you!

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the tiny house and the surrounding areas, except the land host's private residence and barn.
