Sleeps up to 3 guests: two in the bedroom’s queen bed and one on the living-room couch with an approximately twin-size pull-out extension. There are 2 full bathrooms. The couch is not a double or queen bed and is not intended for two additional adults. Cozy Cottage occupies the upper level; Cozy Cove is a separate lower-level residence. Your private entrance is through the main front door.

Your booking is for Cozy Cottage, the private upper-level residence, accessed through the main front door. Cozy Cove is a separate lower-level residence. Use the front-of-house street-side parking set back from the roadway; do not use the shared side driveway serving Cozy Cove.

The central heating and AC thermostat is inside Cozy Cottage upstairs and controls both units in the duplex. You can use the thermostat in your unit. Cozy Cove downstairs is a separate private rental and is not included in a Cottage-only booking.
