Cartagena does not reveal itself all at once. You walk among the architecture of the Walled City, tropical vegetation emerging from patios and balconies, and a coastal climate that announces the Caribbean before the ocean is visible. Then, from the top of the walls, the city gives way to the sea. Terra Beach offers that same progression: the view begins among rooftops and streets and travels toward a distant glimpse of the Caribbean.

Open the sliding doors in the living room and bring that perspective into the moments you share. The main balcony overlooks the city, allowing you to follow its movement while the sea remains visible at the edge of the horizon. Inside, the living area brings together the sofa, kitchen, and breakfast bar, creating a natural setting for planning where to go, preparing a meal, or gathering after exploring Cartagena. Air conditioning serves the entire social area, and the apartment’s only TV is located here.

The primary bedroom offers another way to experience the view. Its private balcony creates a more personal encounter with the city and the distant sea, without leaving the room. It has a double bed and air conditioning, making it possible to close the doors and cool the room after spending time under Cartagena’s sun.

The two additional bedrooms give the rest of the group clearly defined accommodations. The second bedroom has a semi-double bed and ceiling fan. The third has a single bed, a pull-out bed, and a ceiling fan. Together with two bathrooms, the apartment welcomes up to six guests while preserving the living room as a shared setting rather than an additional sleeping area.

Wi-Fi of up to 900 Mbps supports streaming, remote work, and the devices traveling with the group. The in-unit washer makes it easier to manage clothing after the beach, the pool, or a day exploring the city. Guests also have access to the building’s pool, adding another way to experience Cartagena’s coastal climate during the stay.

Terra Beach is experienced in layers: first the city, then the horizon, and finally the Caribbean appearing beyond it. Staying here means seeing Cartagena as it is discovered on foot—through its architecture and nature, until the ocean becomes part of the view.


Your reservation includes exclusive use of the entire Terra Beach apartment. The living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, in-unit washer, and both balconies are private and will not be shared with anyone outside your group.

Before arrival, every guest included in the reservation must be registered with the building. Upon arrival, enter through the staffed lobby and present the requested identification. Three elevators provide access to the ninth floor, where you will enter apartment 906 using a personal code assigned to your stay. The digital lock allows the group to enter without coordinating physical keys.

Registered guests may also use the building’s pool and its surrounding common area. The pool normally operates Tuesday through Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.; on Thursdays, access begins at 12:00 p.m. Hours and temporary maintenance closures are determined by the building administration.

Access to the apartment and residential amenities is limited to the guests registered on the reservation. Visitors are not permitted.

The apartment operates independently, so our assistance does not require a host to remain on the property. We respect your privacy and will only arrange an in-person visit when it is necessary to resolve a request, always coordinating access with you beforehand. **Location and mobility**
Torre 811 is located in Torices, a residential urban neighborhood with practical access to several of Cartagena’s main destinations. Marbella Beach is approximately five blocks away, with public route estimates of about 800–1,000 meters. The Castillo de San Felipe is approximately 2 km away, the Walled City and its walls about 2.3–2.5 km, and Rafael Núñez International Airport about 3 km away. Travel times vary with traffic.

The neighborhood has local shops, transportation options, and daily residential activity. Pedestrian movement is lower at night, so taxis or ride-hailing apps are the most practical choice for late arrivals and nighttime transportation. Pick-up and drop-off can be coordinated at the building entrance.

**An evolving urban setting**
Torices and the nearby Marbella area are undergoing urban development. During the day, there may be construction activity, occasional noise, or temporary changes to pedestrian and vehicle routes. This activity usually decreases in the evening, when the neighborhood becomes more residential and less busy.

Terra Beach is on the ninth floor. Both balconies overlook the city and offer a peripheral, distant glimpse of the sea. The ocean forms part of the horizon rather than a direct panoramic view.

**Temperature, water, and equipment**
Air conditioning is available in the living room and primary bedroom. The second and third bedrooms have ceiling fans. Both bathrooms use room-temperature water, as the apartment does not have a water-heating system.

The only TV is located in the living room. A washer is available inside the apartment; it is not a washer-dryer combination. The Wi-Fi plan provides up to 900 Mbps, although actual performance may vary depending on the provider, device, and number of connected users.

**Parking**
The apartment does not include a private parking space. The building has an exterior parking bay in front, monitored by exterior cameras and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Its availability cannot be guaranteed. Paid public parking alternatives are also available nearby.

**Pool and common areas**
The pool is shared with other residents and guests. Access is subject to the building’s operating hours, capacity, maintenance closures, and community rules. Temporary changes are determined by the building administration.

**Registration, visitors, and security**
Only guests included in the reservation may enter the apartment or use the building’s residential amenities. All guests must complete the required registration before arrival and present valid identification. Visitors are not permitted.

The digital lock at the apartment entrance includes a camera facing exclusively toward the exterior. There are no cameras inside the apartment. The building also has cameras in common access areas and hallways.
