Minutes from downtown Huntington, easy access to Interstate 64, short drive from Ashland, Barboursville, South Point. Minutes from HTS, 1 hour from CRW, and about 2 hours to LEX. About 10 minutes from Marshall University. KDMC, Cabell Huntington Hospital/Marshall Health, St. Mary's, the VA, all within commute-range.

During excessively hot and cool months the home struggles to keep an even climate. We've added a split-unit HVAC system to the loft area to assist.
