Welcome to your 3-bedroom retreat in Barboursville—just off Hole 3 of Guyan Golf & Country Club ⛳. Inside, enjoy a cozy living area, full kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. Outside, parking for 4 cars (2 covered) and a private deck 🚗.

There’s a basement under the home that our team uses for laundry and supplies. It’s locked and accessed from outside only by our team only for our nearby rentals. You may occasionally hear light activity, but we keep it minimal.
The Neighborhood:
Barboursville offers a small-town feel with quick access to Huntington and Charleston. You’ll be right beside Route 60, so expect some traffic activity. The area is packed with conveniences—parks, shopping, and dining are all nearby, from local favorites to national chains—plus easy access to main roads for travel.
Local conveniences and attractions within a short drive include Barboursville Park, Huntington Mall, Camden Park, and a variety of dining options from quick bites to sit-down favorites.
The living room and bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs that will automatically sign out of all of your accounts on the departure date you set.
Getting Around:
A car is recommended for getting around. The home offers private on-site parking, and most destinations—including parks, shopping, and dining—are just a few minutes’ drive. Huntington Tri-State Airport is about 20–25 minutes away, and Charleston Yeager Airport is roughly an hour.
Other Things to Note:
You’ll be staying in a convenient area of Barboursville with grocery stores, restaurants, and fast food options nearby. One of these is a KFC close enough that you may occasionally smell it outside 🍗.
We use Appalachian Pest Control for all of our local properties to keep everything in good shape. They visit quarterly to inspect and treat as needed. If their visit falls during your stay, they will need brief access to both the inside and outside of the home. The visit typically takes about 5–10 minutes. You do not need to be present, but you’re welcome to be if you prefer.

We generally respond quickly to messages and questions during your stay and are happy to help with directions, local tips, or anything related to the home.
