Sleeping arrangements:
The space comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with a queen bed in the junior bedroom, two queen beds in the master bedroom, and a convertible sofa bed and pull-out sofa bed in the living room.

Private balcony, smart TVs in each room, in-unit laundry, self check-in, high-speed Wifi, bar seating, dining table, two dedicated workspaces, fitness center, and community room with a kitchen, lounge areas, shuffleboard, pool table, and bags (otherwise known as cornhole).

Parking:
- Reserved parking is not included in this listing
- Free street parking spaces are available directly outside the building, with 2-hour time limits from 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday. Keep in mind Milwaukee requires anyone parking on the street overnight to register for a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights by calling the city and requesting one. Early check-in:
- We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee
- Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in
- All requests are subject to availability

- Complete ID verification, agree to House Rules, and pay $200 refundable security deposit

2. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others.
3. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses.
4. No smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces ($150 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply).
5. Quiet time after 10pm.
6. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
7. Rental agreement is required for all stays of 28+ days, all direct bookings, all bookings on Vrbo, Homeaway, Expedia, or related subsidiaries or affiliates, and otherwise at our sole discretion.
8. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities.
9. Bookings by local guests are prohibited at this property. Please contact us with any questions.
