We kindly ask you to share with us your approximate arrival time. We will receive you at the entrance of the property to give you the lock of the car and control of the gate. At that time you must leave a deposit of $2,000 for the gate control, which will be returned to you upon your departure. For access to the property we have a smart lock at the entrance. For security reasons, your code will arrive a few hours before check in and will be deactivated at the time of your check out. We kindly ask you not to share this code with anyone. An additional cleaning fee will be charged for long stay reservations (+8 days) for every additional week

We suggest you arrive at the property by car. If you don't have one, you can take a cab or use mobility apps. From Mexico City it will take you 1 hr, 46 minutes. From the Oaxtepec bus terminal, it will take you 8 minutes by car.
