- Washer and dryer are available in the home.

- This unit is rented through the individual owner and not through The Charter at Beaver Creek Condominium Association, East-West Hospitality, or their affiliates.

- All guests must check in and register at the front desk upon arrival to obtain a parking permit/pass.

- One parking space is included with the reservation.

- Additional vehicles are subject to a daily parking fee, which varies by season and capacity and is collected by the Association’s management at check-in.
