Generous bench space makes meal preparation easy, while the breakfast bar offers a casual spot for morning coffee. Gather around the six-seater dining table for shared meals, or step through the sliding doors to the private paved courtyard. Here, an outdoor dining setting and gas barbecue invite leisurely afternoons and relaxed alfresco meals.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a king bed, TV, clothing storage and access to a private balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom provides two single beds. All bedrooms offer clothing storage, with ducted heating and cooling throughout the upper level. The main bathroom has a bathtub, oversized shower and vanity, with a separate toilet for added convenience.

Downstairs, a second bathroom with a shower and toilet makes busy mornings easier. The adjoining laundry provides a washing machine and dryer, with direct access to the garage. Parking is available for one car in the garage and an additional space in the driveway.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
