Six bedrooms, five bathrooms and beds for 27 mean the whole crew finally fits under one roof, and the property itself plays like a private resort. Swim in the heated indoor pool no matter the forecast, battle under the neon lights of the arcade, sink a putt on your own glowing mini-golf course, then start a movie on the giant outdoor theatre wall.

★ Indoor Pool & Hot Tub ★
🌲 Heated Indoor Pool: Stone walls, a wood plank ceiling and color LED lighting make this pool the star of the trip in any season.
🌲 Volleyball Net: Pick teams and settle the family championship without ever stepping outside.
🌲 Hot Tub: Slip into the bubbles just off the pool deck and let the Ouachita quiet do the rest.
🌲 Poolside Lounge: Floats, comfy seating and space to dry off keep everyone hanging out together.

★ Game Room ★
🌲 Neon Arcade: Arcade cabinets, an NBA hoops machine and a dual-hoop pop-a-shot glow under custom neon and RGB lighting.
🌲 Billiards & Air Hockey: Rack `em up on the pool table, then go best-of-five on air hockey.
🌲 Foosball: Fast rallies and table-top rivalries that run long past bedtime.
🌲 Bar-Height Seating: Beer pong and stools give the spectators a front-row seat.

★ Living Room ★
🌲 Vaulted Great Room: Soaring wood ceilings and tall windows fill the space with warm evening light.

s`mores.
