Perfect for work and leisure, this cozy studio offers a peaceful atmosphere just a 5-minute drive from downtown Playas del Coco, where you’ll find beaches, restaurants, shops, & nightlife nearby without sacrificing tranquility.
- Make sure you rinse sand before entering and showering in the condo.
- Be conscious and kind of the AC and use at 23C or higher and turn off when not in the condo. As there is a $50 cap on electricity for rentals over one week.
- Do not throw toilet paper into the toilet, please.
- This is a non smoking unit. If you smoke, you lose your deposit.
- No pets are allowed.
- No parties/events are allowed.
