Welcome to Cica Studio by Atlantic Holiday, a comfortable studio apartment in a peaceful residential area of Caniço, Madeira. Accommodating up to four guests, it is a welcoming base for couples, families or friends who wish to explore the island while enjoying a relaxing stay.
The studio has a well-organised open-plan living and sleeping area featuring a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. A Smart TV with a TV box and air conditioning are available for your comfort and entertainment. All bed linen and bath towels are provided, while a baby cot and high chair can be prepared upon request.
The equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals and includes a fridge, freezer, microwave, hob, cutlery, plates and essential cookware and utensils. The apartment also has one bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.
Guests travelling by car can park on the street directly in front of the studio or on the nearby streets, subject to availability, as there is no private parking available. Although there is no washing machine in the studio, a self-service laundry shop is available around a five minute drive from the apartment. Supermarkets, beaches and restaurants are also five to ten minutes away by car, offering easy access to essentials, local cuisine and the coast.
Step outside and unwind in the shared outdoor area, complete with a table where guests can relax, enjoy a meal, and take in the surrounding atmosphere.
Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00, allowing flexibility for late arrivals. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:
- 2EUR per night;
- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.
- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.
We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
