This fully equipped space combines convenience with Costa Rican charm, perfect for couples, solo travelers, or remote workers looking for a peaceful getaway close to the beach.
It features a cozy sleeping area, a comfortable living space, and an equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals at home.
Step outside to your private covered terrace, to unwind in the hammock, enjoy your coffee, or just have dinner.
-This is a non smoking unit. If you smoke, your deposit will be forfeited. on top of that, you will be charged an extra amount to cover for the services to get rid of the odor.
- No pets are allowed in the house.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Please rinse sand in the outside shower before entering the condominium and/or showering inside.
- Kindly dispose of toilet paper in the waste bin provided, as flushing it may cause plumbing clogs.
- Be kind with the AC and use at 23C or higher. And turn AC units off when not in the condominium. On rentals over 1 week there is a $50 cap on electricity.
-Mandatory to enjoy at list one sunset at the beach!
