The immediate area is quiet and family-oriented with nearby parks, schools (Gwinnett County schools), grocery stores, restaurants and big-box retail. Popular local destinations within a short drive: Mall of Georgia (shopping/entertainment), Buford Town Center/downtown Buford, and Lake Lanier / Lanier Islands for recreation.

Most guests will use a car — the area is highly car-dependent and has easy access to I‑85 (Exit 115/GA‑20) and local arterials (Buford Drive/Ga 20, Peachtree Industrial Blvd). Rideshare and taxis are widely available. Ride Gwinnett (formerly Gwinnett County Transit) runs local bus routes and park-and-ride services connecting to regional hubs; some routes serve the Mall of Georgia area and connect to MARTA at Doraville. Xpress commuter buses provide limited express service into downtown Atlanta from Gwinnett park-and-ride locations. Nearest MARTA rail access requires driving to Doraville or North Springs stations and parking there. Amtrak service is only in Atlanta (Peachtree/Amtrak station) and requires a drive or transfer.

This is the front unit of a house that is divided into three separate private units. The side and back units have their own private entrances and parking, and are rented separately. You will not share any interior space, kitchen, laundry or patio with them. This property includes security features, such as smart locks and exterior security cameras, for your safety and peace of mind. The exterior cameras face the driveway and entrances only, never any interior or private outdoor space.

➤ Long-Term Stays: For stays of 30 nights or more, guests are required to sign a standard lease agreement. This will be sent after booking and must be completed before check-in.

➤ Last-Minute Bookings: For reservations made within 48-72 hours of arrival, our standard check-in time is 7 PM. We may be able to accommodate an earlier 4 PM check-in upon request; please let us know your needs, and we will do our best to assist.
