Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is approximately 25 to 30 minutes away, depending on traffic.

TWO LIVING AREAS

The main living room offers comfortable leather seating and a large flat screen TV for movies, conversation and relaxing after exploring Glendale. A second sitting area beside the kitchen and dining space includes another flat screen TV, giving your group room to spread out within the open floor plan.

KITCHEN AND DINING

The bright kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, generous cabinet space and an island for meal preparation and additional seating. Pots, pans, dishes, bowls, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, cooking utensils and basic kitchen essentials are provided.

Enjoy meals at the dining table, grab a quick bite at the island or dine outside on the covered patio.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS

Primary suite: King bed, flat screen TV and spacious walk-in closet. The private ensuite includes a walk-in shower, generous vanity space and a separate toilet room.

Second bedroom: Two queen beds, flat screen TV, closet space and a desk for working or studying.

Third bedroom: One queen bed, flat screen TV and closet space.

The guest bathroom includes a bathtub and shower combination, convenient for families with children. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided.

GARAGE GAME ROOM

Enjoy friendly competition in the garage game room, featuring a ping-pong table, foosball table, mini arcade style basketball game, wall-mounted tic-tac-toe and board games. A flat screen TV, DVD player, chairs and leather futon provide space to relax between games.

When weather permits, open the garage door for fresh air. The garage is reserved for recreation and is not available for vehicle parking.

PRIVATE BACKYARD AND POOL

Relax in your private backyard with a swimming pool separated from the patio by a safety fence. The covered patio offers daytime shade, evening string lighting, outdoor dining for four and comfortable lounge seating.

Artificial turf, poolside relaxation space and a propane barbecue grill along the side of the home complete the outdoor setup. Enjoy morning coffee, a refreshing swim or dinner outdoors. Backyard cornhole for friendly competition and fun with family and friends!

LAUNDRY AND EXTENDED STAYS

The dedicated laundry room includes a full size washer and dryer and cabinet storage. A single story layout, full kitchen, workspace, multiple living areas and bedroom storage make the home comfortable for longer visits.

We welcome families, couples, business travelers, remote workers, golf groups, sports and concert visitors, corporate and project-based stays, relocation guests, temporary or insurance housing guests and those visiting family in the Phoenix area.

PARKING AND LOCATION

Driveway parking and additional free street parking are available. The garage is used exclusively as a game room.

Nearby destinations include State Farm Stadium, Westgate Entertainment District, restaurants, nightlife, shopping, golf courses and local parks, with convenient access to major Valley freeways.

PET FRIENDLY HOME

Pets must be disclosed and approved before booking. A one-time fee of 250 dollars per pet, plus applicable taxes, applies regardless of stay length. Guests are responsible for pet cleanup, pet-related damage and excessive cleaning.

NO SMOKING, VAPING OR DRUG USE

Smoking, vaping, marijuana and illegal drug use are prohibited anywhere on the property, including the home, garage, front yard and backyard. Cleaning, deodorizing or damage resulting from smoking or vaping may incur additional charges.

NO PARTIES OR UNAPPROVED VISITORS

Parties, events, loud music, DJs, large speakers and disruptive gatherings are prohibited. Only registered guests may enter or remain on the property unless additional visitors are approved in advance.

QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Keep outdoor conversations, music and other noise at a respectful level at all times.

POOL SAFETY

There is no lifeguard. Guests swim at their own risk. A responsible adult must supervise children and non-swimmers at all times. Never leave children unattended near the pool.

Keep the safety gate closed and securely latched. Do not prop open, disable, remove or tamper with the pool fence or gate.

No running or diving.
No glass containers in or around the pool.
Remove toys and personal belongings after use.
Follow all posted pool safety instructions.

GAME ROOM CARE

Use all games, equipment, electronics and furniture responsibly. Supervise children and return paddles, balls, game pieces and board games to their proper places after use. No vehicle parking is permitted in the garage.

EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS

Exterior cameras monitor the front entrance, backyard and exterior perimeter for guest and property safety. There are no cameras inside the home. Do not cover, disconnect, move or tamper with exterior cameras.

POOL AND LANDSCAPING SERVICES

Maintenance may occur during your stay. Service providers may enter the backyard through the exterior side gate. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize interruptions while keeping the pool and yard maintained.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in is after 5:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early arrivals and late departures require advance approval, depend on availability and may incur an additional fee.

PARKING COURTESY

Do not block neighboring driveways, sidewalks, mailboxes, fire hydrants or trash containers.

RESPECT THE HOME

Treat the property and furnishings with care. Excessive cleaning, stains, damage, missing items, unauthorized furniture moving or misuse may incur additional charges. Return furniture, games and household items to their original locations before checkout.

MAINTENANCE CONCERNS

Report maintenance issues or damage promptly so we can help. Guests agree to allow up to 48 hours for reasonable maintenance issues to be addressed whenever possible. Urgent and emergency concerns will be handled as quickly as circumstances allow.

HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS

Violations may result in additional charges, damage claims, cancellation without refund or removal from the property, depending on their nature and severity.

ARIZONA SUMMER TIPS

Summer temperatures frequently exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Keep exterior doors and windows closed while the air conditioning runs, and close blinds and curtains during the hottest part of the day.

Do not set the thermostat below 72 degrees Fahrenheit during summer. This helps the system operate efficiently and prevents freezing or overworking.

Indoor temperatures may rise slightly during the hottest afternoon hours and cool again in the evening as outdoor temperatures drop. Thank you for helping conserve energy and keep the home comfortable.
