Located approximately 12 miles from Walt Disney World and approximately 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, the home puts your group within convenient reach of Orlando's famous attractions while providing plenty of private space to relax and enjoy time together between adventures.

One of the home's standout features is the private south-facing pool and spa. The desirable southern exposure is especially appealing for guests hoping to make the most of the Florida sunshine throughout the day.

Start the morning with coffee on the screened lanai, spend a relaxing afternoon swimming between theme park adventures, or return after an exciting day at Walt Disney World and unwind beside your own private pool.

The spacious pool deck and outdoor patio furniture create a comfortable gathering area where everyone can spend time together and enjoy the Florida weather.

The adjoining private spa provides another place to relax beside the pool. Please note that the spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool.

Inside, the fun continues in the private game room, where a pool table, air hockey, and foosball provide plenty of opportunities for friendly family competition. Kids, teens, and adults can challenge each other to a tournament or enjoy some downtime at the home when your group wants a break from Orlando's theme parks.
