The instructions were easy to understand and the host did a terrific job explaining many aspects of the site. The view was fantastic and it is very close to down town which makes it a great option for everyone. I liked that the master bedroom was separated from the second room offering privacy for guests. The internet was great and it was nice to have washing machines on site. The layout is very nice to include the kitchen and amenities. The location is on the 17th floor and you can see everywhere.

Most of my recommendations would be around revising the ad. It says AC however I we were only able to find a heater, fans, and windows. I recommend replacing towels, fixing locks on back patio and windows, and adding the leg to the couch. The master bed has a 3 inch memory foam which for some this is great but unfortunately it was very soft and caused my back to have more issues. My biggest complaint which is in part my fault was parking. Parking outside is cheap but you have to move every 2 hours. The website says its like 12 CAD for garage parking but the message i received from the host was 25 CAD. It turns out I accidently parked in a Modo parking which resulted in my truck being towed and a cost of 198 plus around 1k in damage to my vehicles step board on the drivers side because they came down during the tow, it broke the step. I found out after arriving that they prohibit brining bikes on the elevators or in the building. I had to leave in my vehicle which kept me awake the second night.
