Honestly, this apartment feels like a warm and peaceful home so much cozier than a hotel room. I stayed here while submitting my work documents, and if accepted, I’m definitely moving out of my old place to stay here long term. The location is super convenient, on a main street just 3 minutes away from restaurants and shops, and close to the Metro, CAC, Heliopolis, and embassies. The balcony view of the trees and open sky is beautiful and refreshing.. we took great photos there! The host is amazing, super responsive, and even offered a free airport ride. ((As one of the first guests to stay here, I wanted to leave an honest review to highlight a few key points. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cairo!))

There is no elevator at the moment, but the host mentioned it is currently being installed and will be ready soon.
