Hartaka Bungalows Ubud View by EPS

I found this lovely little place down a narrow alleyway, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud's main streets. Its location is perfect because it keeps you away from the main traffic and noise. You also have some lovely streets right on your doorstep, so you don't have to go far for delicious food/coffee shops//warungs/jewellery/massages. There is also a tailor and a laundry place around the corner, as well as yoga facilities. The rooms on the top floors are lovely, one with an adjacent indoor kitchen (only for use by guests using the next door rooms), so it's great if you can't be bothered to go out or want to fix a snack. It's equipped with an air fryer, gas stove, full fridge, and bottled water station. It's very handy to have use of the kitchen. The rooms are very clean, with a mini fridge, tea/coffee facilities, air conditioning, TV and internet, and a very comfortable bed. There is also a large terrace with a sun lounger, which is perfect for lazing in the sun in jungle surroundings. Bliss!

The cockrels can't be helped as they are a part of Bali, so there's no point in complaining about them. The bathrooms could have more wall shelves or a bigger space for toiletries, and hooks for bath towels and clothes. Also, new bedside lights are needed.

Hartaka Bungalow is a great place to stay, especially because of its convenient location close to the town center. Many places are within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area, find restaurants, and visit nearby attractions without needing transportation. It’s a practical and comfortable choice for travelers who want to enjoy Bali while staying close to everything. Highly recommended!
