There are four bedrooms. Three have king beds, and the first also has a sofa, a nice spot to curl up with a book. The fourth has two double beds, which works well for kids or friends sharing. Three full bathrooms keep mornings moving, including one with a freestanding soaking tub and another finished in bright green tile. Even with all that space and privacy, town is close. Downtown Paso Robles is about five minutes away, with its leafy City Park, local shops, and some of the best restaurants on the Central Coast. Catch a show at Vina Robles Amphitheatre, wander through the light installations at Sensorio after sunset, or head out to Lake Nacimiento for a day on the water. The coast is an easy day trip too, with Cambria, Moonstone Beach, and Hearst Castle all under an hour west. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee.
