Head to this cosy ground-floor apartment for four, wrapped in traditional Savoyard wood panelling, a five-minute walk from the Les Grands Montets ski lift and Argentière\'s slopes, with a ski shuttle bus stop close by too.

Inside, the open-plan kitchen-diner is fitted with a coffee machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave, oven, toaster and even a raclette set for a proper Savoyard night in, while the lounge, anchored by a comfy sofa, opens onto a terrace framed by Mont Blanc views. Outside, a private garden offers its own terrace and private outdoor dining area, a sunny, quiet spot for morning coffee before the lifts open or a barbecue once the boots come off, with free laundry facilities on hand to keep ski kit fresh between days out.

Suitable for all ages, from little ones to elderly vacationers, and just as easy for a couple\'s ski escape, this is a versatile base close to skiing for any group taking on Argentière\'s slopes.

Chamonix is a fifteen-minute drive away, and Argentière itself sits at the foot of Les Grands Montets, one of the valley\'s best-loved ski areas, with a wide mix of pistes and extensive off-piste powder fields for the more adventurous. Beyond the ski season, the Chamonix valley keeps going year-round: mountain walking, snowboarding, skydiving, spa treatments, rock climbing, golf and other outdoor pursuits are all close by.
