Bulldog Basecamp is a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo in Five Points, an easy walk to campus and every MSU game. Three private suites, no bunk beds, sleeps up to 8. Sleep on cozy linens, grab a robe, and start your day with a cup of coffee overlooking campus from the balcony. Need to work? There's a dedicated desk setup in the living area. Perfect for three couples, three families, or a group in town for the game. Dogs are welcome too.

Patio Storage Closet: Grab what you need from the storage closet on the patio. It's stocked with a basketball, 4 pickleball paddles and balls, 2 tailgate chairs, 4 stadium chairs, coolers and a wagon to carry it all! Please put everything back before checkout.
Courtyard Access: The Five Points courtyard is shared with other residents and guests. Use of the Big Green Eggs, fire pit, lounge seating, and the pickleball and basketball courts is included with your stay.
Parking: Park in any open spot using the parking passes provided in the condo.
Owner's Closet: One closet is locked for owner storage. Everything else is open for you to use.

Condo Living: You're in a shared building, so you may hear neighbors now and then. On big game weekends the courtyard gets lively with fans, which is half the fun. Our unit does not face the courtyard and is quieter.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Bulldog Basecamp sleeps up to 8 overnight guests. Please include everyone staying overnight in your reservation count. We operate on a very transparent basis and desire the same from our guests. Going over the booked guest count will result in immediate eviction without refund. Feel free to invite friends and family to hang out, have dinner, or enjoy the amenities during the day.
No bachelor or bachelorette parties. We are happy to recommend some nearby properties/hotels but we are not a good fit for these types of occasions.
Late/Emergency Cancellations: Please be advised, the host will not be financially responsible and thus will not issue refunds for cancelations made 1) for non-refundable bookings 2) on or after the date specified in the cancelation policy. Last minute weather issues, family emergencies, travel plan changes are unfortunate, but a risk that the renter is liable for should they occur. Thus, we highly recommend travel insurance. We will no longer entertain exceptions to the rule so be advised. We are operating a single (and we think amazing) VRBO business. Last minute cancelations are difficult and often unlikely to re-book.
The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
At the end of the TERM, guests leave house in same condition it was found. Tenant will be held liable for any damage or missing items. If damage is noted upon check-in please notify owner via VRBO immediately.
