The beach is just over 1 km away, and the local commuter train station is 1.5 km away.

This 114 m² newly renovated apartment occupies the 3rd floor of a villa, accessible only by stairs.
It features two bedrooms: one with a double bed, and another with a double and a single bed (sleeps three). Both include wardrobes and reverse-cycle air conditioning (heating/cooling), matching the living area. Best of all, each bedroom opens directly onto its own furnished terrace with a table and chairs, offering sea views to the front and mountain views to the back.
The living area includes a sofa, TV, and dining table, flowing into an open-plan kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, stovetop, coffee maker, and full cookware essentials.
The spacious bathroom features a double vanity, walk-in shower, and washing machine.
