Near Domme and La Roque-Gageac, and not far from Sarlat and Bergerac, this pleasant two-story holiday home sits on a beautiful, wooded plot of nearly half a hectare, close to the Dordogne River. With 130 m² of living space, it accommodates up to 8 guests and offers views of the surrounding hills.
Private pool (12 x 6 m), heated, with an outdoor shower. Please note: the pool is open from 1 May to 30 September only. In spring and autumn it is heated to about 26 °C. Outside these dates the pool is closed and not available for use.
On the garden level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen (with Nespresso and filter coffee machines), a living and dining room of about 30 m² with fireplace and access to the covered terrace, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom with large shower and toilet. Downstairs, there is a second living room with direct access to the garden, a kitchenette with washing machine and dryer, two double bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
The layout makes this house ideal for two families who want to stay together but also enjoy their own space, yet it is also suitable for a smaller group of 2 to 4 people. A baby cot and high chair are available on request. Wi-Fi and fans are provided.
Bed linen is included; towels are available for an extra fee. One pet is allowed and included; additional pets are possible on request. Pets are not allowed in the pool, on beds, or on furniture.
There is a charging station for electric cars and parking for up to 4 cars. Arrival after 5:00 pm, departure before 9:30 am (self check-in possible).
