The heart of the home is a spacious open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area where everyone can gather together.

The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals, along with a super-automatic coffee, cappuccino, and latte maker and whole-bean coffee to get your mornings started right.

You'll also find a wine cooler to keep your favorite wine and beverages perfectly chilled.

The large living room features a 75-inch TV and an oversized white leather sofa that is perfect for relaxing after a day on the water.

A rustic wood dining table comfortably seats 10, making family dinners and game nights easy.

The second full bathroom includes a shower/tub combination and double vanity, and a convenient half-bath is also available.

📺 Entertainment
Each bedroom and the living room has a Roku TV. Log into your favorite streaming services or enjoy live TV through Roku. TVs are set to Guest Mode, and you'll automatically be logged out at the end of your stay.

🌅 Your Outdoor Living Room
One of the best parts of Stuart River Gem is the outdoor space.
Relax in the screened-in patio while enjoying beautiful river views. The patio includes:

Additional table leaf for larger gatherings
Comfortable sectional sofa
Hanging egg chair
Outdoor dining and entertaining space
There are also two lounge chairs just outside the screened patio.

For outdoor meals, we provide durable, non-breakable tableware and cups.

🛶 Get Out on the Water
Bring your sense of adventure! Guests are welcome to use our tandem kayak and stand-up paddleboards during their stay. Take a leisurely paddle, explore the waterways, or simply enjoy being out on the water.

Then head down to the riverside deck and enjoy your morning coffee, practice yoga, relax with a good book, or try your hand at fishing.

And be sure to stay for sunset—the river views are beautiful!

🚤 Bringing a Boat?
You're welcome to tie up your boat behind the house during your stay. The water is approximately 3.5–5 feet deep at normal mean low water, making the location particularly suitable for smaller boats.

Please note: The boat lift is reserved for owner use.

The fruit trees produce at different times throughout the year. If something is ripe during your visit, please help yourself!

🚗 Plenty of Parking
Whether you're traveling with a large family, multiple vehicles, or bringing a boat trailer, there's plenty of room. The front and back driveways provide parking for up to 8 vehicles or a boat trailer.

There is also a 50-amp EV charging outlet on the back driveway.

🧺 Laundry
A washer and dryer are available for guests to use during their stay.

❤️ A Few Things to Know
The garage and the separate unit on the side of the home are reserved for owner use.

There is a non-functioning decorative fireplace in the living room.

Guests have full use of the main house. The garage and unit on the side of the house are locked for owner use only. Only one booking for the property at a time.

Our home is on a private side street off a main road with only 47 homes. The community is built along a circular street with no through traffic, making it very safe to walk around.

We are a 10 minute drive from historic downtown Stuart and 18 minutes from Stuart Beach. There are many great local restaurants, supermarkets and shopping to meet all your needs. On weekends, there is a great Farmers Market downtown by the river. The Lyric Theater, downtown, has a regular schedule of fantastic entertainment , with many well-known artists.

You will need to drive around town, or can take an Uber or Lyft.

We are located in a friendly and welcoming community. Although this is a holiday destination, it's home to other people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM noise should be kept to a minimum.

We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything, please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later.

This is a smoke-free home, including the outside area surrounding the property. No smoking of any substance, including vaping.

Pet Limit: We welcome exactly 1 small dog per booking, 30 lbs or less. Prior host approval is required for a larger dog or additional pets. The backyard is fenced in with an open walkway down to the river.

Outdoor Cleanup: Guests are responsible for immediately cleaning up all dog waste in the yard/outdoor areas. A fee will be assessed if maintenance has to clean up after your pet.

Liability: The registered guest is fully responsible for any damages, stains, or excessive hair left behind by their pet.
