Please note that the home itself is not step-free. Approximately 4–5 steps are required to enter through either the front or rear entrance.

The home has a large backyard with plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors. While Royal Dragonfly is very dog-friendly, please note that the backyard is not fenced, so dogs should remain supervised and leashed as appropriate.

Fortunately, the surrounding neighborhood is wonderful for walking, with sidewalks and beautiful historic homes to admire while you and your pup explore.

*Parking*
One of the conveniences of Royal Dragonfly is the amount of parking available for a home this close to downtown.

The private rear parking area can comfortably accommodate up to four vehicles, including larger SUVs. Guests access the driveway from the alley running behind the block.

Additional free street parking is available in front of the home when needed.

Royal Dragonfly puts you close to some of Wilmington's best dining, entertainment, historic attractions, and beaches without placing you directly in the middle of downtown activity.

The home is located in Wilmington's Soda Pop District, an evolving area just outside the Historic District with local restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and neighborhood businesses nearby. Be sure to check out Hi-Wire Brewery, Cugino Forno, Bowstring for burgers and music, Ibis for coffee in the morning and superbly crafted cocktails in the evening and Wandering Cone for ice cream.

You're also just a short drive from the Cape Fear River and Wilmington's Riverwalk, where you'll find restaurants, locally owned shops, museums, historic sites, nightlife, and beautiful waterfront views.
