One floor living. Minutes to the mall, shopping and restaurants. A few miles to highway, get anywhere in the Rochester area

Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problem arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7
We are a pet-friendly. A max of 2 pets. Just let us know ahead of time.
RULES:
Based on prior experiences we have some NEW very important rules that everyone will need to follow.
• Absolutely no parties or gatherings of any kind. Only people on the booking registration could stay in the house ($250 fee)
• No Smoking 🚭 ($250 fee for deep cleaning and odor removal treatment)
• No Locals without approval
• Quiet hours from 10pm-7am
Snow plow services will be provided during winter months👍

Sold home in NY needed a place to stay for a few days while the sale completed.
This house was perfect for our needs.
Owners may need to look in to a new cleaning company. Floors were so dirty I mopped them myself 4 times . Mop water was black.
The house itself is very cute and location was perfect.

This a great place to stay with lots of room and all the amenities you could want. My husband and two daughters had plenty of room. Definitely space for another 3-4 people as well. It is right across the street from a Bryne Dairy as well.

The property provided basic accommodations for our party of six. Well stocked kitchen. We notified the owner that the garbage disposal side of the sink was plugged up with sitting water but was not fixed during our 6 day stay. Our biggest disappointment was that the second bathroom is in the unfinished basement. We feel this should have been disclosed in the listing. The property was clean (except for the basement bathroom window which was covered in cobwebs) but could benefit from a fresh coat of paint.
