After booking, you'll receive a secure link to complete the background check, it only takes a few minutes!
You’ll need a valid government-issued ID (driver’s license or passport) to complete the process.
For any additional guests staying overnight, we will also kindly require a clear photo of their valid government-issued ID.
No personal information is stored on our end. Your privacy and security are always respected.

⏳ Please complete this step promptly after booking to avoid any delays with your check-in. Check-in instructions cannot be released until this step is fully completed for both the primary guest and any additional overnight guests.

Friendly reminder to please review the parking details in your check-in link on your arrival date. It clearly shows exactly where to park and the steps to follow. To avoid towing, park only in the designated spots and follow the instructions provided. Vehicles parked incorrectly may be towed at the owner’s expense, and we are unable to cover any related costs. If anything is unclear, please message us and we will help right away.

Pest control, once a month: pest control, 3rd and 4th Monday. Sprays are conducted on the 3rd and 4th Monday of each month, but it’s not limited to those specific days only.

Please note we will always give you a heads up on if they will be coming during your stay, please note sometimes we are able to reschedule so please give us a heads up well in advance if possible🙏
