My dream is to own a hotel but I find it too ambitious given how hard it is to run an Airbnb so I set my home up as best I could. There is a long hallway and rooms on both sides of the walls. It feels quiet all year round. Parking on first come first serve basis. I fix things often. There might be noises.

Airport pick up available at $150. Please arrange in advance. Airport drop off is also $150. The rooms are private with smart keys.

Parking is on a 1st come 1st served basis, usually this is not an issue as many guests use public transportation. We can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.

Absolutely no smoking inside and around the house and no cigarette butts in the garbage or the smell will be stay in the surrounding area. Please do not bring your weeds inside as the smell is very strong to fill the house even if you don’t smoke them.

Having a house means constant repairs of anything. Please understand there might be construction noises every now and then. I’d like to work around your schedule if possible to let me know when you’ll be around so I can accommodate.

There is a complete set of dishes and utensils in the kitchen for you to use. Please clean and put back after use for the next guest to use leisurely and please don’t leave anything in the sink. If they are missing, there will be a charge of $75.

If there’s anything you need to change, please let me know as soon as possible so I can address it in a timely manner. My goal is to make you comfortable in my house.

I have a cat downstairs separate from my Airbnb guests space and she likes to follow me upstairs when I pickup the dirty laundry. I do not allow pets from my guests though.

Movie theaters, shows, restaurants, yoga retreat center, grocery stores, public transportation are all within walking distance. I never wanted to be far from those anymore after being spoiled with all the great attractions San Rafael has to offer.

Public transportation are within walking distance whether you want to go northbound or southbound. The new train is one of my best recommendations to try going northbound.

Restaurants, grocery stores and public transportation are within walking distance. For those who love the farmers market, bars, movies, watch shows in downtown.

You will have your own towels. Extra towels and sheets are in the bathroom.

The house has Wi-Fi.

Please make sure you put the key where you found it. Any lost key is $100. And lost keychain is $35.

Check out is at 9a if you decide to check out later, you will have to change the bed with clean sheets provided in the drawers in your room:) because I can`t wait for you to check out and change the bed after.

I use beautiful scents to deodorize and disinfect my home. If you are allergic to anything, I advise you to not book in my home as everything I use is suitable for myself and I share that with my guests that enjoy what I am offering.

If you instant book with an additional guest without permission that will be considered a violation of the policy and you and the guest may be asked to leave the property and no refund given.
