The space: Enter this single-level home through the private front courtyard, following the rattan ceiling light to a loft-style living area with fully stocked kitchen and dining. A large cozy sofa and accent chairs surround a big screen Smart TV, plus a private area with an electric stand desk and standing arcade machine. The dining area seats 6 at the table and 3 at the counter-top. The kitchen has new stainless appliances, fresh-brewed coffee, an ice maker, and a highchair. Beyond the dining area is a private, fenced, quiet backyard with a seating area for enjoying the sunset.
Bedrooms: The primary suite has a king bed, upholstered chair, ceiling fan, large Smart TV, private sitting area, and en suite bathroom with walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 (near the front entrance) has two twin beds, Smart TV, ceiling fan, and closet. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, high ceiling fan, Smart TV, and closet.
All units feature rolling blackout blinds or curtains, hotel-quality linens and complimentary toiletries, coffee and bottled water, high-speed WiFi, in-unit washer/dryer, and an arcade for entertainment.
Guest access: Access to the building using smart lock access technology. Garage is for storage purposes only, not included for rental.
