🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes

• Parking: Driveway parking is available for up to 4 vehicles parked tandem. Free street parking may also be available.

• Studio: A separate backyard studio offers additional sleeping space and privacy from the main house. The studio is equipped with a mini-split unit for heating and cooling.

• Stairs: Stairs are required to access the second-floor loft and bathroom.

• Security Camera: A Ring doorbell monitors the exterior entrance area.

• Fireplace: The fireplace is decorative only and is not available for guest use.

• This home is pet friendly. Two dogs are allowed per stay (NO cats). Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $75 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.
