HOUSE RULES

We want every guest - current and future - to have a comfortable, high quality experience. This is a quiet, family friendly neighborhood and we want to respect our neighbors and the home. Please read through the house rules carefully. Booking with us means you have acknowledged our House Rules.

▸ Check-in time is 4:00 PM
▸ Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check out will incur a fee of $100/hr
▸ No shoes in the house
▸ No Smoking or Vaping inside the property. If evidence is discovered, a $1000 fine will be charged towards the guests.
▸ No Pets Allowed in the building.
▸ No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund if detected.
▸ Quiet hours are 9pm-7am. No loud noise or music past 9:00 pm in or outside the unit. We have a noise detector in the unit and it will inform us if the place gets too loud.
▸ No unauthorized guests. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
▸ Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.
▸ You must be 25 years or older to book this home and a government issued ID will be required to confirm the reservation.

▸ Please do not move or rearrange furniture, appliances, electronics, or cameras
▸ Please treat the home and furnishings with care!
▸ There are cameras around the EXTERIOR of the property like entrances, stairs to the unit, backyard, and sides of the building. There are NO indoor cameras inside the unit. We respect your privacy.
