Welcome to Cadence Chalet, a mountain-contemporary townhome in Black Rock Ridge with views across to Deer Valley, Canyons Village and Park City Mountain. Exposed rock, wood truss detailing and 9-foot ceilings that open to a vaulted top floor give the home a true chalet feel, with 3,049 square feet of space across three levels.
Deer Valley's expanding East Village, with the Jordanelle Gondola and Hail Peak's new terrain for 2026/27, is about 10 minutes away. Historic Main Street and Park City Mountain are also within an easy drive, and the Jordanelle Reservoir is just 3 miles away for summer days on the water.
With four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom access, two living areas and a private hot tub, the chalet suits families, friends traveling together and small corporate retreats looking for a quiet base with quick access to everything Park City offers.
The Space
Main Level: The main living area centers on a stone gas fireplace and a 65" smart TV, framed by exposed rock and wood truss detailing. It opens to the chef's kitchen, with Viking appliances including a 4-burner gas range, oven and microwave, and a dining area made for group meals. The covered back deck holds the private hot tub and a propane Weber grill.
Lower Level: A second living room with a 55" smart TV gives kids or a second group their own space.
Upper Level: The vaulted top floor is home to a private suite with mountain views.
