THINGS TO NOTE:

- A washer and dryer are available for guest use.

- Championsgate is a gated community. The names of all guests must be submitted before arrival, and anyone not on the registered guest list will be denied entry at the gate.

- Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles in designated parking stalls. A parking pass is required, and 5 passes are available for guests. The resort allows a maximum of 5 cars or 3 large passenger vans. Vehicles with expired tags, vehicles parked in a fire lane or in front of a fire hydrant and abandoned or inoperable vehicles will be towed.

- A complimentary shuttle bus runs within the community to and from the Oasis Club and Retreat Club.

- Private pool heat is available as an optional add-on for $39 per day. It must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and applies to the full length of stay.

- An onsite BBQ grill is available for an optional fee of $95.

- Portable crib and highchair available.

- For guest safety, the property is equipped with 1 exterior security camera monitoring the pool area. The camera records video only and does not record audio. No cameras are located inside the home or in any area where guests have a reasonable expectation of privacy.
