Approximately 1,100 square feet across two levels, with a wall of windows framing mountain and woodland views. Enjoy TV and Wi-Fi in the living area, or take your morning coffee onto one of the two wraparound decks.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Downstairs bedroom: one king bed.
Upstairs living area: one queen sleeper sofa.
One full bathroom; maximum four guests. Stairs connect the two levels. A lovely fit for two, with space for up to four.
DINNER IN OR A NIGHT OUT
Prepare a meal in the kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes, and silverware. Dine together at the table or use the BBQ grill. Restaurants and attractions in both towns are a drive away.
YOUR OUTDOOR RETREAT
Wraparound decks on both levels offer places to sit and enjoy the surroundings. The private four-person hot tub is a welcoming way to end a day in the mountains.

The Island in Pigeon Forge: 6.1 miles.

Tanger Outlets Sevierville: 8.5 miles.
Distances depend on the route and destination entrance. Allow extra time for Parkway traffic, weekends, holidays, and seasonal events.
