This fully updated and newly furnished 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home- offers a fresh, comfortable space for families, groups and guests travelling with pets. All furniture, mattresses, linens and accessories are brand new, so you can settle into a home that feels clean, modern and thoughtfully put together from the moment you arrive.
With three finished levels, there’s plenty of room for up to 8 guests to spread out. Unlike a condo or smaller rental, you'll have an entire home to yourselves, complete with a private entrance, large fully fenced backyard, private parking for two vehicles, outdoor dining, BBQ and air conditioning.
**ROOM FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY**
Upstairs, the spacious primary bedroom features a king bed and his-and-hers closets, giving couples plenty of storage space.
The second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and its own walk-in closet—especially convenient for longer stays.
The main upstairs bathroom offers plenty of room to get ready, with dual sinks, a bathtub and a separate walk-in shower.
The main floor features a bright, open-concept kitchen, dining and living area where everyone can gather. Relax by the electric fireplace after a day exploring Calgary, enjoy a family meal together or settle in for a movie. A convenient half bathroom is also located on this level.
Downstairs gives your group even more space, with a third bedroom with a full-size bed, another full bathroom and a second living area with a queen pullout sofa.

The lower-level entertainment space includes an arcade game—perfect for keeping the kids entertained or adding some fun to family nights at home.
