Remodeled and professionally decorated, this town home is stocked and furnished to provide the ideal home-away-from home for guests. Master bedroom is furnished with King mattress. Second bedroom has a queen mattress. Upgraded linens and extra pillows and blankets provided.
Stay connected with free wireless Internet.
Take a short drive to any number of amazing hiking trails within the vicinity, to hike or bike and take in the mountain vistas. Activity guides and totally biased suggestions provided at no additional cost!
Take in a Spring Training game at Peoria Sports Complex.

The place was perfect my wife and I moved here from the Chicago area, I just took on a new position out here and we are house hunting and staying here until we found a house.
The house is close to all your shopping, restaurants and expressways.
It was perfect for us no troubles and Casey was the perfect property owner/manager he made sure we had everything we needed.
We enjoyed our time at this rental I would recommend this to anyone who has dogs the yard is fenced so the can run around.

Excellent stay. Has everything we needed. Comfortable bed. The owner is great. Easy to get ahold of and very helpful.

The owner is easy to work with and very responsive to needs. The place was exactly what we needed for our stay while we waited for our home to be built. We work remotely and the owner was very helpful with our internet needs. Our dog had a cool place to hang out outside. There are plenty of close shopping for groceries etc. Also, walking to the park was a breeze for my little one.
