The Space:

Set on the 37th floor of a 40 floor building, this 458 square foot studio offers a practical downtown setup for up to four guests. The open layout brings together sleeping, lounging and dining areas, with city skyline views and a private balcony adding outdoor space to the apartment.



LIVING AND SLEEPING AREA

The main space includes a queen bed and a queen sofa bed, giving guests flexible sleeping arrangements. A Smart TV is available for downtime, while reliable WiFi and a dedicated workspace in the common area make it convenient to stay connected or work remotely. Air conditioning, bed linens, hangers, clothing storage and an iron are also provided.

KITCHEN AND DINING

The full kitchen is set up for everyday cooking with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. You’ll also have a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, kitchen towels, salt and pepper. A dining table provides a comfortable spot for meals.



BATHROOM AND LAUNDRY

The full bathroom includes a shower, sink and toilet. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body soap, toilet paper and a hair dryer are supplied. The apartment also has a private washer and dryer, available at no additional charge.



PRIVATE BALCONY

Step outside onto your private balcony and take in the city skyline views from the 37th floor, a simple spot to enjoy some fresh air above downtown.



BUILDING AMENITIES

Beyond the apartment, guests have access to a shared year round swimming pool and building gym. There’s also a shared gas grill and an outdoor movie theater on the pool deck. Elevator access makes getting to and from the 37th floor straightforward.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo and shared access to the communal amenities at the complex.



The Neighborhood:

Stay in the heart of downtown, near Kaseya Center, Miami Worldcenter, Bayfront Park, Pérez Art Museum and Frost Science. The area mixes entertainment, museums, restaurants, shopping and waterfront green spaces, making it convenient for sightseeing or event stays.



Getting Around:

Miami International Airport, MIA, is about 7 miles away, with driving time varying by traffic and time of day. College North Metromover Station is about a one minute walk away. On site parking isn’t included, but third party valet service is available 24 hours a day for a fee.



Other Things to Note:

Packages are delivered to the parcel area on the 3rd floor. Once a package arrives, we will receive a notification and provide you with the access code to retrieve it. Please let us know as soon as you receive the delivery notification so we can share the code with you.



- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.

- Self check-in is completed using a secure door code provided before arrival.

- Pets are allowed, with a fee of $100 USD (it has to be covered before arrival).

- Valet parking is available 24/7 through a third-party provider for an additional fee and must be paid directly to the valet company.

- Parking rates are set by the valet operator and may change without prior notice.

- Shared building amenities, including the pool and fitness center, may have operating hours and rules set by the building management.

- Guests are expected to follow all building policies and community guidelines during their stay.

- Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning required after checkout.

- Pack ’n play is available upon request for an additional fee and subject to availability.

- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty and an additional cleaning fee.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such are needed after their stay.

- A trashed apartment fee will be applied for deep cleaning if the property is left in poor condition.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- The fob is provided for access to the building amenities. Kindly leave it in its original spot for the next guest. A $100 replacement fee will apply if the fob is not returned.
