The Space:

Greenwood Grove is a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom garden duplex in the southern section of Brooklyn’s sought-after Park Slope neighborhood. Blending modern comfort with classic Brooklyn character, the home features bright interiors, thoughtful finishes, and a private, fully fenced backyard that is exclusively for guests and cannot be accessed by others in the building.







Inside, high ceilings, exposed brick, custom millwork, and oversized windows bring warmth and natural light throughout. The chef’s kitchen features premium appliances, ample storage, a breakfast bar, and stone countertops, while a wood, glass, and steel staircase connects the two levels. The primary suite offers floor-to-ceiling windows and a spa-like ensuite bathroom. Downstairs, the second bedroom provides a comfortable queen bed, while the lower-level living area features two queen bunk beds for additional sleeping space, along with a dedicated workspace.

Located in the southern section of Park Slope, one of Brooklyn's most desirable and family-friendly neighborhoods, this home offers easy access to the area's beloved parks, local shops, cafés, and restaurants. Prospect Park is just moments away, providing acres of green space, walking trails, playgrounds, and year-round community events. The neighborhood blends historic brownstone-lined streets with a welcoming residential atmosphere, while nearby subway lines offer convenient access to Downtown Brooklyn and Manhattan. Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



For stays longer than 90 days, utility costs and payment arrangements will be discussed and agreed upon separately prior to the stay.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



This property requires owner approval for all reservations, and is subject to a background check after the booking is completed to confirm the reservation.







Security deposit



Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold



Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold



Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent



All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
