The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for preparing meals during your stay, while the separate dining area features a large central dining table that can also be used as a dedicated workspace—perfect for working remotely, studying, or enjoying a meal together.

There is also a small dedicated desk/office area and a separate living room where you can relax and unwind after a day exploring the Old City.

For a truly convenient stay, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, internet/Wi-Fi, cable TV, cleaning supplies, and all the essential amenities you would expect from a comfortable home.

A €200 cleaning and deodorizing fee will apply if smoking occurs inside the apartment.

If repairs or replacements are required, guests will be charged:

• The full cost of repair or replacement

As this is a self-catering accommodation, guests are responsible for maintaining a reasonable level of cleanliness during their stay.

If the property is left excessively messy (for example: unwashed dishes, garbage left inside, stains on furniture or walls), an additional €50 cleaning fee may apply.

To prevent plumbing issues common in the area:

• Toilet paper must be disposed of in the bin, not in the toilet
• Flushing paper can block the pipes and cause serious damage

Towels provided are for indoor use only.

• At the beach

Failure to follow check-out procedures may result in additional charges.

Please note:

If excessive electricity consumption is recorded due to appliances being left running (such as lights or air-conditioning), guests may be charged €15 per day if consumption exceeds the average daily level of 35 kWh.
