Summary:

Welcome to Afterglow. Soak in your own private hot tub, then walk about 5 minutes to the sand. This two-story end-unit villa in Myrtle Beach sleeps six with a king, two queens and a sleeper sofa. Out back, a fenced patio has an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, an outdoor television and an outdoor shower. Color-changing lights glow inside and out, and an electric fireplace warms the modern living room. Set in a small 15 villa community, managed locally by the team at Coral Compass.



The Space:

Downstairs: The open living room has an electric fireplace, a large wall-mounted television, a sleeper sofa, a loveseat and color-changing ambient lighting for movie nights. A sliding glass door opens straight onto the patio. The kitchen comes equipped with a French door refrigerator with several trays for ice, electric range, microwave, drip coffee maker and Keurig, air fryer, toaster and blender, but no dishwasher. The island seats six, and a half bath is conveniently accessible.



Upstairs: Both bedrooms and the full bathroom are on the second floor, up one flight of stairs. Primary bedroom: king bed, smart television, ceiling fan, built-in drawers and a walk-in closet. Second bedroom: two queen beds, television, ceiling fan, dresser and a walk-in closet. Full bathroom: double vanity and a tub and shower combo, shared by both bedrooms.



Outside: The private fenced patio is the heart of Afterglow. Settle into the six-seat hot tub, gather at the bar-height table or lounge seating, catch the game on the outdoor television, and cook dinner at the outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and built-in ice chest. Color-changing lights set the mood after dark. Rinse off after the beach and before using the hot tub in the outdoor, fully enclosed shower. A washer and dryer are in the detached shed out back.



Sleeping arrangements: A king bed, two queen beds and a sleeper sofa sleep up to six guests.



Guest Access:

You'll have the entire villa and its private fenced patio to yourselves, with easy self check-in. Guests are also welcome at the Porcher Villas community pool, which opens seasonally once the weather warms up (usually best for swimming May-September).



The Neighborhood:

Porcher Villas is a small, quiet community of 15 villas, set one row back from the oceanfront high-rises. The beach is about a 5 minute walk away. Neighboring high-rise hotels overlook part of the patio, and a neighboring parking garage sits just past the fence. Broadway at the Beach and Ripley's Aquarium are about 3 miles south, and historic Pine Lakes Country Club is a short drive away.



Getting Around:

Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 20 minutes away by car. The beach is an easy walk, but you'll want a car for restaurants, groceries and attractions. Parking is one assigned space for one standard passenger vehicle. The lot is compact, so large vehicles can be a tight fit.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is at 4 pm and checkout is at 10 am.

The primary guest must be 21 or older.

No parties or events. This home is made for relaxing, so please keep noise low.

Up to six guests.

This is a nonsmoking home.

The home has stairs and isn't set up for wheelchair access.
