The S.R. Smith Typhoon waterslide stands 2.2m tall with a water delivery system that keeps it running fast. Made in the USA, compliant with safety standards, and rated to 124kg.

LIVING AND ENTERTAINMENT

Light-filled and open plan. The main living area has a large lounge and TV with speaker system, opening to the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen - dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave, full size fridge/freezer and coffee machine.

A second lounge offers more seating, a log burning stove, a second TV and board games.

Both open onto the undercover entertaining area, with the sunny courtyard and pool beyond. The large grassed section of the yard has a swing set for the children.

LOCATION

You are 800m from the Tootgarook Foreshore Reserve and the Bay Trail, which winds 30km along the coastline from Safety Beach to Portsea - walk, run or ride as far as you like. This stretch of the Peninsula has pristine beaches, leafy reserve and stunning scenery.

Peninsula Hot Springs and the golf courses are a 5 minute drive. A 20 minute walk takes you to the year-round off-lead dog beach.

You are spoilt for choice for dining and shops nearby - though you may prefer the wood-fired pizza oven in your own backyard.

Pets are not allowed.

POOL - solar heated only. The pool is cleaned weekly and the cleaner will not enter the house; the service takes 30-60 minutes. Nets, scrubs and a manual vacuum are provided if you wish to clear any debris yourself. Daily pool cleaning can be arranged for $90.

PLAY EQUIPMENT - the swing set is used entirely at your own risk. Parents and guardians must inspect all play equipment before children use it, and children must be supervised at all times while using it.

CUBBY HOUSE - not available to guests.

ALFRESCO AREA - the outdoor garden is cleaned monthly. There are many trees nearby, so some seasons bring more fallen leaves than others. Brooms are provided.

FIREWOOD - firewood is not provided for the log burning stove or pizza oven. It can be bought from Bunnings, a 7 minute drive away.

OUTDOOR FIREPLACE - not in use. The indoor log burning stove is available as normal.

BATHROOM SPA - the spa jets in the main bathroom bathtub are not operational. The bath can still be used as a standard bath.

SECURITY CAMERAS - two outdoor cameras are installed for the security of guests and the property: one at the front garage facing the street, and a doorbell camera at the front door. There are no cameras inside.
