OFI-21 - Well-equipped vacation home (high season):

This cozy 3-bedroom vacation home offers approximately 48 m² of living space for up to four people and is situated in a particularly beautiful location on the top row of the vacation village. From here, you can enjoy sweeping views of the surrounding area—on clear days, you can even see as far as the Swiss Alps. The house is family-friendly and comfortably furnished, with many thoughtful details to ensure a relaxing stay. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The closet features a built-in safe for your valuables. The second bedroom has a single bed and a bunk bed. There is also a cozy sleeping loft accessible via a ladder from the hallway, suitable for children ages 5 and up. The windows in the bedroom and children’s room are equipped with shutters. In the children’s room, a dedicated 19-inch LCD TV with a DVD player provides additional entertainment. The cozy living area offers plenty of space for spending time together. A couch that seats up to five people, a rocking chair, an additional ottoman, and a floor lamp with a reading light create a pleasant atmosphere. For entertainment, there is an LCD TV with cable, a DVD player, a radio, free Wi-Fi, and an Xbox 360 with child-friendly games. A selection of books for various age groups, board games, and puzzles ensures there’s plenty to do even on quieter days of your vacation. In addition to the information folder, you’ll find a comprehensive binder in the house with tips on more than 50 places to visit in the area. The new kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for comfortable self-catering. Amenities include a stove with a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, an egg cooker, a toaster, a sandwich maker, a coffee maker, a pod coffee machine, an electric mixer, and a kettle. There is an ample supply of dishes, children’s tableware, pots, pans, bowls, and kitchen utensils. The dining area is integrated directly into the kitchen. The bathroom features a shower and toilet, as well as plenty of storage space. A bathroom stool, travel hair dryer, and first-aid kit are also provided. All windows in the vacation home are equipped with fly screens—especially pleasant during the warmer months. A special highlight is the sun terrace. Folding chairs, garden furniture with cushioned seats, a lounge chair, and a parasol invite you to enjoy the beautiful location and sweeping views in peace. In the separate storage room, you’ll find a clothes drying rack, an ironing board and iron, a vacuum cleaner, and a garden grill. For children, there is also a sled, a step stool, and an inflatable kiddie pool. A travel crib and a high chair are, of course, also provided. Smoke detectors and fire extinguishers ensure additional safety. All electrical appliances are inspected in accordance with DGUV Regulation 3.
