Pelican Eden | Renovated 2BR/2BA Beach Oasis with Private Pool near Gulfport & St. Pete
Welcome to Pelican Eden, a recently renovated coastal retreat infused with grounded, healing energy—created as a peaceful sanctuary for rest and reconnection. Set on a quiet, central street, you’re perfectly placed: 3 minutes to Beach Blvd (Gulfport) for cafés and local favorites, under 10 minutes to St. Pete’s beaches, and 15 minutes to vibrant Downtown St. Pete.
The Space
Thoughtfully designed for calm and comfort, Pelican Eden features two inviting bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with soft, coastal textures. Natural light and a gentle palette make it effortless to unwind. Whether you’re here for a quick recharge or a longer stay. The home is fully equipped so settling in feels simple: a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable lounge areas for conversation and movies, and plenty of storage so you can actually unpack and breathe. The house offers 3 to 4 parking spots available outside.
Private Pool & Outdoor Living
Step outside to your sparkling private pool—the perfect spot for slow mornings and sunset dips. Enjoy loungers, pool towels, and a dining area for al fresco meals. (Basic safety features in place; children must be supervised at all times. Pool service maintains regular cleaning.)
Sleep & Refresh
Both bedrooms are styled for true rest, with quality organic natural fiber linens and blackout options to support deep sleep. Two full bathrooms mean smoother mornings and unhurried evenings after a day in the sun.
Gather & Dine
Share slow breakfasts before exploring Gulfport’s artful streets, then return for an unhurried dinner at home or a casual poolside grill night. The open layout keeps the conversation flowing while you cook, read, or plan tomorrow’s beach adventures. We offer a Berkey filter for water filtration.
Grounded Vibe
Pelican Eden was created as a restorative space—a place to exhale, reconnect, and reset. Expect peaceful corners, soothing touches, and a gentle energy that invites you to move at a more natural pace.
You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
Our Certificate of Use STR25-00271 is up to date with Pinellas County ordinances.
