You’ve got parking just outside, your own private garden and plenty of space to settle in — whether you’re here for a weekend or making it home for a few months.



Step inside and you’ll find a comfy sitting room leading through to the dining area, where French doors open onto a secure, sunny garden. There’s a patio for morning coffees, a shed for extra storage and enough outdoor space to make the most of those rare occasions when the British weather gets the memo. The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped too, so you can cook a proper dinner rather than surviving entirely on Deliveroo.



Upstairs are two comfortable double bedrooms, with one featuring a clever zip-link bed that can be arranged as either a double or two singles. The generously sized bathroom has both a bathtub and a separate shower — so the quick-shower people and long-soak people can happily coexist.



This is a real home that has been lived in, not a pristine show home. You’ll find the odd scuff, mark and imperfection here and there, but that’s all part of its character. What you will find is a practical, comfortable and fully equipped home with comfy beds, fast Wi-Fi, a proper kitchen and all the everyday necessities for an easy short or long stay.



Once your reservation is confirmed, Smarter Rent will ask for a copy of your ID and for you to sign our House Rules — then it’s simply a case of unpacking, putting the kettle on and making yourself at home.
