The bright main level living area opens to the dining space and kitchen, creating a comfortable gathering space for the whole group. The dining table seats six, with additional seating for two at the kitchen bar.

On the main level, you'll find a 65" Frame TV, board games, puzzles, and plenty of comfortable seating.

In the garden level living area, there is a large sectional, dimmable lighting, gas fireplace, and 65" TV that all create a cozy movie-night space. There's also a Nintendo Switch, record player, toys, games, and puzzles, making this space perfect for movie nights, rainy afternoons, kids' playtime, or simply relaxing after a day of exploring Boulder.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN

The updated, fully stocked, open kitchen has everything you need to make meals at home including a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, flat-top electric stove, large pantry, and plenty of counter space. The coffee corner has something for every coffee drinker with local coffee and tea, plenty of mugs, a coffee pot, French press, AeroPress espresso maker, grinder, electric kettle, and milk frother.

TRAVELING WITH KIDS?

We know traveling with kids requires a little more planning, so we've
tried to make things easier.

For babies and young children, there are easy-to-use, retractable and lockable gates at the top and bottom of stairs. Upon request we can provide a Pack 'n Play (or crib if requested), Lalo high chair, Stokke Tripp Trapp high chair, Baby Jogger City Mini GT2 Single stroller, children's books, toys, balls for indoor and outdoor play, and children's plates, bowls, cups, and utensils.

Older kids (and adults) can enjoy the Nintendo Switch, games, puzzles, cards, movies, and multiple streaming options.

For those traveling with kids, our goal is that you spend less time worrying about what you forgot to pack and more time enjoying Boulder together.

Guest Access
You'll have the entire home to yourself. We do keep some personal belongings in the garage and a small basement room, so those areas will be locked and inaccessible to guests.

Other Details to Note
Our home is located in a quiet Boulder neighborhood and is also our primary residence. We kindly ask guests to treat the home and our neighbors with care.

We have a strict no-smoking and no-vaping policy anywhere on the property, as young children with respiratory sensitivities live here. We also ask guests to remove shoes when inside and keep food and colored beverages in the non-carpeted areas of the home.

Because this is our family home, you may see seasonal decorations or other personal touches that give the house a warm, lived-in feel.
