Step outside into your own private desert oasis! The lagoon-style pool features a stunning rock waterfall and attached spa, with a gas fire pit right by the water—perfect for relaxing under the stars.



The spacious covered patio, glowing with string lights, is designed for entertaining, featuring a pool table, electronic dartboard, and an outdoor fireplace lounge with TV. Fire up the built-in gas BBQ and gather around the outdoor dining table for memorable meals with family and friends.



Pool heating is available for $75 per day, capped at $1,000 per month.



Room-by-Room:

Living Room: Relax on the comfortable leather sectional and enjoy the big-screen TV with Roku for easy streaming.



Den & Game Area: A cozy fireplace, bookshelves, sunny window seat, bar table, and retro arcade games barrel make this a fun space to unwind. An office desk and chair are conveniently located just off the den.



Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cook and gather with everything you need, including a GE Profile gas range and oven, convection microwave, side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy breakfast at the bar or gather around the dining table with seating for six.



Master Bedroom: Unwind in the luxurious adjustable massage king bed and enjoy your own gas fireplace and TV. The en-suite bathroom features a jetted soaking tub, walk-in shower with multiple shower heads, and double vanity.



Bedroom 1: Comfortable queen bed with Apple TV for relaxing in your own space.



Bedroom 2: Spacious king bed. A high chair, car seat, and booster seats in closet are available to borrow at your own risk.



Second Bathroom: Full bathroom with an above-counter round vessel sink and modern glass, walk-in shower.



Garage Gym & Recreation: Keep up with your workouts in the private garage gym, equipped with a Roku TV, ProForm elliptical, dumbbells, chest press, and Bowflex machines. Bikes and golf clubs are also available to borrow. And a Wii on separate TV for group fun or for the kids!



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive, private use of the entire home, backyard, pool, spa, and gym.



Parking: On-site driveway parking is available for up to 3 vehicles. Please note that street parking is not permitted at any time due to HOA rules.



The Neighborhood:

You're on a quiet residential street in Indian Wells, one of the Coachella Valley's most upscale, golf-loving cities, surrounded by mountain views.

The Indian Wells Tennis Garden, home of the BNP Paribas Open, is just minutes away.

El Paseo's shops, galleries and restaurants in Palm Desert are about a 10-minute drive.

The Coachella and Stagecoach festival grounds in Indio are roughly 20 minutes away.

Joshua Tree National Park is about an hour's drive - a perfect day trip.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring the wider valley. Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) is approximately 30 minutes away. Ride-share services are readily available throughout Indian Wells.

Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.



★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★

Yes! The private pool, rock waterfall, and attached spa are exclusively yours to enjoy during your stay. Pool heating is available upon request for $75 per day, capped at $1,000 per month.

The pool is approximately 5 feet deep at the center and shallower along the edges. NO DIVING is permitted, nor jumping off the rocks.



★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★

Yes. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm Sunday–Thursday and 11 pm Friday–Saturday. Per City of Indian Wells regulations, any noise audible from the curb after quiet hours may result in a citation, which will be the renter’s responsibility.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes. The property accommodates a maximum of 6 adults.



★ Is there parking? ★

Yes. On-site driveway parking is available for up to 3 vehicles. Street parking is not permitted at any time due to HOA regulations.



★ Are pets permitted on property? ★

No pets are permitted on the property.

NON-SMOKING POLICY: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home or anywhere on the property.

If smoking is discovered, guests will be charged for additional cleaning and will be required to end their stay early. No refunds will be provided in these circumstances.
