Two separate bedrooms, each with shower and WC, offer comfort. In the southern room, the sofa can be used as an extra bed. The kitchen is equipped with satellite TV, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer, toaster, and coffee maker. Cleaning products, dishwasher tabs, kitchen paper, and dishes are provided. Wi-Fi is available.

Bed linen, towels, toilet paper, hairdryer, soap, and dish towels are included. On request, we change bed linen, towels, and dish towels.

Families with small children are welcome—baby cot and high chair are available. The outdoor pool and barbecue are shared. The apartment is accessible without steps inside.

Kleineggerhof is quietly situated at 1,300 meters, offering stunning panoramic views of the South Tyrolean mountains. Far from the roads, our own certified spring water rises directly on the farm—a true piece of South Tyrolean nature.

We have horses, goats, sheep, rabbits, cats, chickens, turkeys, and ducks. Get to know the land and people and experience everyday life on a mountain farm up close. Sie können morgens beim Melken helfen, Tiere füttern, bei der Heuernte mitmachen und den Kontakt zu den Tieren genießen.

For families, there is a playground, outdoor pool, toys, and children's books. Fresh herbs, fruit, and vegetables come directly from the farm. Parking is available. Bread delivery is offered on request and for an extra charge.
