THE HOUSE

You will be staying on the first floor of Villa Grillo in an independent apartment of approximately 90 square meters, featuring a private external entrance and a spacious terrace of about 30 square meters.
Access is via an internal stone staircase with 23 steps. While the staircase is comfortable and easy to navigate, the property is not suitable for individuals with mobility issues or wheelchair users.

The home is designed to offer space, tranquility, and the pleasure of experiencing Puglia in a unique, well-curated setting.

Upon entering, you step directly into a bright, spacious living area featuring a lounge space with a sofa, a dining table, and a TV. The open-plan kitchen—which boasts large windows facing the terrace—is equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Also in this area is the "Yellow Bathroom," a spacious, full bathroom with a separate shower.

The living area opens directly onto the panoramic terrace—one of the home's most enchanting spots. Spanning about 30 square meters, it overlooks the garden, the swimming pool, and the surrounding countryside, offering a view that stretches all the way to the sea. It is the perfect place for an al fresco breakfast, an aperitif, or simply enjoying the daylight or the cool breeze of a summer evening.

The sleeping area is separated by a small hallway and comprises two bedrooms and a second bathroom—the "Blue Bathroom"—which features a bathtub.

TERRA Room – approx. 18 sqm
Spacious and comfortable, it features a king-size double bed, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and an armchair. Its warm color palette—featuring various shades of brown—evokes the earth and the olive groves surrounding the villa. Two west-facing windows provide beautiful afternoon light and views of the olive-dotted countryside.

CIELO Room – approx. 12 sqm
Cozy and bright, it features a French-style double bed, a small wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and an armchair. Sky-blue tones reflect the Puglian sky, while a large, full-width west-facing window offers views of the olive groves and sunsets.

ART and ATMOSPHERE

Villa Grillo is no ordinary home. The walls display numerous artworks, including pieces by the master artist Gaetano Grillo, the owner's brother.

Art accompanies guests throughout the house, helping to create an atmosphere that is personal and elegant, yet welcoming and familiar.

THE GARDEN

Nestled in greenery and surrounded by olive groves, the villa’s garden features a swimming pool, a gazebo, and tables for enjoying the outdoor space.

Outdoor areas are shared with the property owners; arrangements for their use can be made based on your specific needs during your stay.

BREAKFAST

To start your day, you will find the essentials for a basic Italian breakfast in the house: coffee, milk, biscuits, fruit juice, jams, and other simple staples.

Private, uncovered parking is available on the property, allowing you to park your car conveniently.

An electric vehicle charging station is also available. For those wishing to explore the surrounding area by bike, we can provide bicycles, subject to availability.

Molfetta’s town center is approximately 2 km away and can be reached on foot via a pleasant 30-minute walk. Several supermarkets and essential services are located nearby.

For cycling enthusiasts, a bike path connects Molfetta to Giovinazzo, offering a lovely way to explore the coast and the surrounding area.

During the summer season, there are various beach clubs along the coast that are easily accessible from the villa.

The location thus allows you to combine the tranquility of the countryside with proximity to the sea, the city, and key amenities.
